Spotty activated -> LMS will not start

Make sure you give LMS enough time to download the largish file (>10MB).
Only restart LMS once you are told to do so (if running LMS 7.9.1), or
give it a minute on older systems.

You can also monitor above path after you hit "apply" on the Plugins
page. Only restart LMS once Spotty.zip is there and has reasonable size
and doesn't grow anymore.

If that doesn't help, check your antivirus system. We've seen some block
the download in the past.
