I am trying to get a list of all people that appear as ARTIST in any track of my library. This especially for artist that are tagged as 2nd, 3rd... artist in a track. However, this seems to be impossible.
When I choose 'Use single configurable list of artists' , there is no way to have a 2nd artist show up in the list. When I play a track though, I do see the 2nd artist. But also Search does not find the artist.
When I choose 'Use separate lists for Album Artists and All Artists', the problem is that the 2nd artist does show in the list, but the list is severely polluted by people that don't appear in ARTIST tags but other tags like COMPOSER. This doesn't really make sense since you also get a Composer list in LMS, so what's the point. The 'Filter contributor roles' setting also says to only show when matching the selected role, which is not what appears to be happening. E.g. I have a Michael Jackson track in which the COMPOSER tag has 'Paul Anka'. This is the only track in my library that has Paul Anka. Yet, in the All Artists list I have Paul Anka, as well as in the Composers list.
Is this a bug, or am I overlooking something stupid ?
