Customize Web Remote Control

Let me start by apologizing if this has been addressed elsewhere.

From the Control Panel, Web Remote Control "opens" in Internet Explorer. What I am wondering is if there is a way to have it open in Firefox or Chrome etc. Is there a setting for this ? I hate Internet Explorer and it often decides it is not going to run on my network. Attempting to repair it has not worked.
